Modulating Microglial Activation to Elicit Axonal Regeneration

This research addresses corticospinal regeneration in spinal cord injury. Modulating cortical microglial reactivity can be a strategy to overcome the regenerative limitations of CST neurons, potentially improving patient outcomes.
